Refund Policy

At RebootClouds, we're committed to providing exceptional budget contingency planning education and support. This policy outlines our refund procedures and your rights as a client.

1 Refund Eligibility Criteria

We understand that financial education investments need to meet your expectations. Here's when you may be eligible for a refund from our budget contingency planning programs.

  • Full refund available within 14 days of program enrollment if less than 25% of content has been accessed
  • Partial refund consideration for technical issues preventing program access for more than 5 business days
  • Medical emergency refunds evaluated on individual basis with appropriate documentation
  • Program cancellation by RebootClouds results in full refund regardless of completion status
  • Webinar series refunds available if missed due to scheduling conflicts announced with less than 48 hours notice

Please note that refund eligibility doesn't extend to programs completed beyond 30 days or where certification has been issued. We believe this gives you enough time to properly evaluate our educational content.

2 Different Refund Scenarios

Every situation is unique, and we've designed our refund structure to address various circumstances you might encounter during your learning journey with us.

Learning Program Refunds

Our comprehensive budget contingency programs qualify for 100% refund within the first two weeks if you're not satisfied with the content quality or teaching approach. After this period, refunds are calculated based on unused modules.

Webinar Registration Refunds

Webinar cancellations made 48 hours before the session receive full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours receive 75% refund. No-shows without prior notice aren't eligible for monetary refund but can transfer to future sessions.

Consultation Service Refunds

One-on-one budget consultation sessions can be rescheduled without penalty up to 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less notice forfeit 50% of the session fee, while no-shows aren't eligible for refunds.

Our team reviews your request within 2 business days and may contact you for additional information or clarification.

Approval & Processing

Once approved, we process your refund within 5-7 business days using your original payment method.

You'll receive email confirmation with transaction details and expected timeline for the refund to appear in your account.

Payment Methods & Processing Times

Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days depending on your bank's processing time. PayPal refunds are usually instant. Bank transfers may take 7-14 business days. We'll always notify you once the refund has been initiated from our end, and you can contact us if it doesn't appear within the expected timeframe.
